The Carrera Agency, a boutique IT talent management agency, is seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in starting a career in IT recruiting. This entry-level Associate Talent Manager position is ideal for those looking to break into the exciting world of tech talent acquisition. This is a full-time, onsite position working out of our Irvine office.

Role of Associate Talent Manager:

As an Associate Talent Manager, you will be trained in all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You’ll work alongside experienced Talent Managers, learning to source candidates, conduct initial screenings, assist with interview coordination, and support the on/off-boarding processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build relationships with IT professionals and learn about the latest trends in the technology industry.

Compensation:

This entry-level position offers a base annual salary starting in the $45-$50K range, with the potential for performance-based bonuses as you develop your skills and contribute to the team’s success.
