Our Southern California-based client, a prestigious player in enterprise software, is seeking a couple of experienced ServiceNow Administrators for a remote, contract opportunity. One person will be based in Pacific time and one person will be based in Eastern Time zone. Both roles require experience with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements and guidelines

Details:
*Start Date: 10/1/ 2024
*Duration: Long-term consulting role (14 months)
*Location: Remote from United States
Hours: Standard core working hours (1 person will support Pacific Time Zone and 1 person will suport Eastern TimeZones)
• Anticipated Compensation: $50-58/hr W2 plus benefits. The offered compensation to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include (but are not limited to) the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will function in an operational support admin role responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our client’s ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Incident and Problem Management
*Triage, track, and resolve incidents and problems within the ServiceNow platform
*Implement efficient processes for timely resolution of issues

System Configuration and Administration
*Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs
*Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and data within the system

Application Development and Customization
*Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports
*Automate business processes and enhance productivity through innovative solutions

Integration and Interoperability
*Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications
*Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across the IT ecosystem

Change Management and Service Catalog
*Facilitate change management processes and assess the impact of changes
*Maintain and enhance the service catalog for optimal user experience

Security, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
*Ensure ServiceNow configurations comply with security policies and industry regulations
*Stay updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices for continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
*ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with 3-5+ years of experience
*Experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus
*Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration, configuration management, user management, security operations, and system integration
*Experience with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements and guidelines
*Knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FISMA)
*Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities
*Understanding of risk management methodologies and ability to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks
*Strong communication and collaboration skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively
*Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision
*Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps techniques
*Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
