Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects in the Technical Operations & security team, with a strong focus on Cloud Migration and Security tools. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, application stacks, IT Security standards, Agile processes, and technology project delivery.

*Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3 months contract with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to a client employee.
*Location: Remote, must support Pacific Time Zone
*Pay Rate Range: $60 – $62/hr W2 for Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of technology projects including but not limited to Security, Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps projects, ensuring successful delivery of builds, application migrations etc.
* Will be managing 2-3 large projects (Agile and Waterfall)
* Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product management, vendor partners, business teams, and solutions architects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and technical requirements.
* Manage multiple projects(2-3) simultaneously, ensuring quality, scope, and deadlines are met in accordance with client expectations.
* Oversee the day-to-day project management of large cloud and TechOps teams, supporting the use of technologies in AWS and Azure environments.
* Facilitate Agile project management processes, ensuring projects are delivered in an iterative and efficient manner.
* Provide guidance and support to technical teams working on cloud infrastructure solutions, application migrations, and TechOps initiatives.
* Ability to manage both technical and non-technical aspects of large-scale projects.

Qualifications:
* 8-10 years of experience with Technology Project & Program Management in the role of a Sr.Project Manager
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and DevOps environments.
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms and how application stacks operate within these environments.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing technical project deliveries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and client stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within scope.
* Familiarity with automation tools, cloud migrations, and DevOps practices is highly preferred.

Desired Skills:
* 2+ Certification(s) amongst the following: PMI, CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, CISM, CISSP or AWS.
* Working knowledge of Technical Operations, CI/CD, Release & deployment automations, security best practices and governance.
