Job Description

We are seeking talented and experienced Techno-Functional (T/F) Consultants to join our team for an exciting and challenging implementation project involving the Aladdin by BlackRock platform. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large-scale initiative to decommission legacy internal systems and migrate to the cutting-edge Aladdin platform.

*Project Details:
*Location: Remote from the U.S.
*Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible within core Pacific – East Coast time zones
*Approximate Start: late 2024 or early 2025
*Duration: 6-months with long-term potential
* Expected Pay Rate Range for a qualified consultant is likely to start at $100, depending on experience (plus benefits offered by Carrera for W2 employees). The offered compensation to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include (but are not limited to) the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.

*Role Overview:
*As a Techno-Functional Aladdin BlackRock Specialist, you will be an all-around subject matter expert on the Aladdin BlackRock platform, leveraging your deep understanding of its complexity and nuances. You will play a crucial role in this end-to-end implementation project, ensuring seamless integration with multiple systems and applications.

*Key Qualifications:
*Proven experience working with the Aladdin BlackRock platform, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
*Successful track record in implementing and integrating the Aladdin BlackRock platform with disparate systems and applications.
*Extensive business expertise in Fixed Income, Asset Management, Trade Settlement, and Process Confirmation.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
*Experience navigating large, enterprise teams and working in an ambiguous environment.
