One of Morgen’s earliest memories is piecing together puzzles beyond his age level. As his mother tells it, this talent even predated his ability to string together coherent sentences. Even now, if you catch him deep in thought, you may get a stream-of-conscious rambling of the secret to life in the universe. Or the recipe to tonight’s dinner. We’re not sure. But Morgen’s ability to tackle just about any challenge has served him – and us – well. As the person in charge of delivery operations, his influence can be seen throughout Carrera. Whether it’s overseeing all of our business systems, helping our talent managers with difficult requirements, or stepping in for an important client meeting, Morgen is working hard behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

When he’s not solving problems (or creating new ones), Morgen enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two sons, and two dogs. He’s been fortunate enough to work in the IT industry since the beginning of his career in 1994, and has technical and operations experience spanning client-server to cloud-computing. Supposedly he even wrote a few reports in COBOL.
